I can't believe we have real jobs!

It's great to hear how you guys are doing! It's so bizarre that we have real jobs now. I am working in Tucson, AZ at a home health and hospice facility. It's really great because I make my own schedule. I started in the beginning if June so it's been a wild ride so far but I love it.

This is so fun.  I also want to thank the academy...I mean Mikenzi for putting together this blog:) I just got back into Utah from the East Coast and had a blast out there.  I loved my externship in North Carolina and it was because of that externship that I got my dream job.  They gave me some contacts of places all over and I finally decided to go with one in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  I'm going to be working at an Audiological/Speech Clinic providing auditory/verbal therapy for kids with hearing loss.  I'm really excited because they are going to mentor me to get my auditory verbal certification as well!  I start in mid July!

I have a job in Logan, too, and will be working at the preschool in Canyon Elementary in the fall.  I'm covering another SLP's maternity leave at River Heights for the summer and am LOVING it.  :)  The summer session is only 6 weeks, 4 days a week, and I'm done by 1 every day.  Needless to say, I feel awesome about it.  Grad school was worth it. 

Thanks, Mikenzi for starting this! I'm staying in Logan at an elementary school with a severe populations unit for this summer and at least next year. How about everyone else?
